registry fixers

I'd like to find a registry cleaner and fixer that works well with Jaws. I have Registry Mechanic but find the list of results hard to read so it is hard to know if I'm fixing the right things. I also don't trust the program very much. So, I'm looking for scripts for the program or a different program that works real well with Jaws.
