Thanks Steve, What eventually happened is that I wentout of outlook, rebooted 
and went back in and it was gone.  What happened?  Beats me, I'm just glad its

  Judy, I've seen the hidden window when I've gone into MSN 7.5 from Outlook 
Express. How you get rid of it I don't know, unless you can find a "close" icon 
up at the top of the window that'll let you close it. What I've done with it is 
hit insert-7 and reclassified it as a 3state.
