You may want to have a look at the way your display is set up. It sounds
like JAWS is having trouble with your display.=3D20
I would look at the appearance, screen saver, settings, and the desktop =
=3D
tabs of display found under control panel.=3D20
Make sure the following changes are made:
=3DA0From the themes combo box, select Windows XP.
=3DA0In the List of backgrounds on the Desktop page, choose Bliss. =
=3DA0Set
Position to "Stretch." =3DA0In the Screen Saver combo box on the Screen =
Saver
page, press HOME to select none. =3DA0On the Appearance page, set =
Windows and
Buttons to Windows classic =3D style. =3DA0Set Color Scheme to Windows =
Standard.
=3DA0Set Font to normal. =3DA0Close the dialog.
If you are still having trouble, take a look at the advanced tab under
system in control panel. Make sure that the following checkboxes are =3D
cleared or in the "off" state.
=3DA0Animate Windows when Minimizing and Maximizing.
=3DA0Slide open Combo Boxes.
=3DA0Smooth-scroll List Boxes.
=3DA0Use Visual Styles on Windows and Buttons.

Using jfw 6, xp home and xp office outlook, with a radeon9200 card, jaws
states that "no window is active" when ever I shift tab out of a folder =
=3D in
order to pick another folder to go into. For example, changing from =3D =
inbox
to jaws folder.One should be able to just do a shift tab, then hit "J" =
to =3D
move to jfw in the treeview list but when I do this jaws does not state =
that
=3D I am in the jfw folder.=3D20 =3D20 If I just shift tab and then =
arrow up or
down the treeview list, jaws =3D will not read the list or I am =
imediately put
into the folder. =3D20 If this sounds all confusing, join the club. =
