Got it! Thanks 2 all. Although this list takes its unfair punches as unhelpful, I 4 1 strongly disagree.

Hi slade!

In that case, I think, Ric is right. You control panel is not set to classic view. So, if you are in the control panel, press your tab key until you hear, "Classic view". Once you heard it, press your space bar and see want happend. Your control panel is now set to classic view. Then, you can press alt + V and L, for List or D, for Details.
