I have lived in Iowa, Illinois and Missouri and Missouri is the only state
that actually would pay for assistive technology for the blind regardless of
there enrollment in school or employment requirements. I actually paid for
my first version of JAWS but TAP for internet pays from my upgrades now that
I am a missouri resident. I wish there were more programs like TAP for
Internet in other states.
