Messagei have to agree with you, fs has done some really nice things but after
they break things more then fixing them
i have also noticed that when using messenger you go to alt f 4 out of a
conversation the speech gos away you have to then press escape to get speech
back. even with usingthe escape key to get out of a conversation this happens

I have had the same problem as you are having with JAWS 7 loosing focus. I
know what you mean by getting tired of alt tabbing to regain focus. I think
that JAWS has gone a little down hill ever since 4.5 but that is just my
opinion because I also have alot of problems with JAWS 7 crashing completely
and having to re boot to get it to come back on again. Grrr.

Is it just me or is jaws really messing up? I have seen jaws switch to
another program for no reason.
I have xp home, jaws 7 pro, 1gig, 2.8 mhz.
Getting really tired of alt tabbing to regain focus.
