RJ, I just went to programs, highlighted Norton and then tried the next
step. I didn't get any prompt that said "short cut". Judith Yes, I
highlighted Norton but because I tried arrowing the highlight, I'm m sure,
disappeared. Also, while arrowing I didn't get any prompts
