Your welcome. But don't feel bad on the Scanreg commands. For if you never did it before and don't have Jaws for DOS. It is almost impossible to run these commands. I do run them with Jaws for DOS, but had to have sighted help the first time around. But there is one other thing you can do to help keep your Win 98 running better is go to the start menu and than to programs Accessories. Down to system files. Than to system info. Alt+ T for tools and arrow down to the system file checker. And do a scan to check the system files. If they are corrupted, Place your win 98 CD in your drive and enter on restore.
