Hello Jessie,
I was told that microsoft had change their mind about not having outlook
express to work with hotmail and msn now. So outlook express will work with
hotmail and msn I was told from a friend.

There are several, but they don't work that great. The best way is to use a
payed for acount, but soon, Microsoft will no longer support getting your
Hotmail/MSN E-mails through Outlook Express.
