Re: got my cursor problem fixed

With Windows ME I have reset the blinker rate and all it does is return to
the old rate after I click Apply and close.  A computer geek I know tells me
that it's a common glitch with ME.  However, so far it does not seem to
affect reading of forms in forms mode. I wanted to slow it down for other
reasons.
