I've never had to make this adjustment, but my blink rate is set to 63%

about it just in case someone else ever has the same problem. First, go =

control pannel, accessibility options, then control tab to display. Now =
tab
til you get to the blank cursor rait. Just play with this slider until =
jaws
starts reading how you want it. After you're done, tab to apply then ok.
