Ah, I didn't know anything about that. I never use My Computer to navigate 
my hard drive or manage my files, only Windows Explorer, by preference. So 
I'm glad you chimed in.

Go to my computer, and hit alt plus t for tools, then o for options. Control
plus tab once to get to the view page. Tab twice to get to the list view,
and hit s until you hear show control pannel in my computer. Make sure it's
on to show it in my computer.

Stacy,
You don't exactly set it, Stacy. You just call it up by putting up the Start
menu (by pressing the left or right Windows keys or Insert Escape), press s
or arrow up to settings, press Enter on the first option you hear
immediately, Control Panel, and there you are.
