the easiest way to do this is to switch to laptop mode.

  hi, The screen reader I used to use before being forced to switch to
jaws used to support the use of the capslock key as a prefix key
this mint that you could hold the capslock key down and press another
key and the action relating to that key would be taken.  is there a way
to get jaws to do this?
