Not sure I can provide any other ideas. Please report this, in detail, to
Freedom Scientific - another JAWS 11 bug, perhaps?

  Hi Dave

What do you mean with "Jaws options set to same regarding icons"?

Why does this only happen in one of my many subfolders?

As an experiment I switched to Jaws 10 this morning and had no problem. This
makes me think it is not an Outlook problem, but a Jaws 11 one.

The thing is, I absolutely have no idea how to correct this and I find it
frustrating.

  Renette,

That is indeed strange. It almost sounds like an Outlook problem. I wonder if
your JAWS 11 options are not set the same, with regard reading icons in the
list, and thereby affecting the amount of text being read back to you?

    Dear All

I encounter another outlook problem with Jaws 11, Vista Business and
Outlook 2007.

I have different folders for my various e-mails. Two of my subfolders are
set to have e-mails grouped according to the "from" option.

In the one folder the person from whom the e-mails come + the subject line
are read.

In another subfolder, also set to "from" only the name from the sender is
read, but not the subject line.

    Can somebody please help?

In Jaws 10 I did not have this problem.

    Thanks.

    Renette
