another good tip, was Re: little suggestion for the list

this shows how little some people understand their e-mail clients.
Let me give you guys a really good tip. If you're unfamiliar with Outlook Express, which seems to be one of the most popular programs people use on these lists, then you should really take the time to get to know it better so you can use it more effectively. One way is to visit:

http://blind-geek-zone.net/audio.htm

on that page you'll find several free audio tutorials including a 4 part series on the use of Outlook Express. It's done by Rick Harmon, and this guy is definitely qualified to put out these tutorials and demos, he knows his stuff.

I have to agree with Allen here. Sometimes I won't have time to read an
entire thread so will just read certain messages and if the message that I
happen to read just has one or 2 lines in it answering a question from a
previous post and that previous message isn't below the answer then I'm
totally lost. The answer to that might be to read every message in every
thread but I don't have time to do that.

Hmmmm. . . the post is to the entire list not one individual. They way you
follow it is the topic of the email not to the individual member on the
list.

Just guessing here

Subject: little suggestion for the list

hi all,
please ignore this mail if you think is not importent to you.

just a little suggestion to those that always reply to the list without the
original post at the bottom. please remember this is not
a personal email, this is a global mailing list, so if you reply without the
original post at the bottom, how do we know to whom you
gonna address your post?

ok, sorry if i'm not relevant to make this suggestion, but this list is for
all, so i think we can voice out a little suggestion.

thanks all.

Regards,
Allan Wong
