Re: an OE question

Hello Troy!

Please try this one:
1. Assuming that you already open your OE.
2. Focus to your deleted item  list box.
3. Once you are there, press Alt + V, for View menu.
4. Press your down arrow key and look for Sort sub menu.
5. Once you so it, press your right arrow key and look for "Receive".
6. Please put a check using your enter key.
7. Then, check if it works.
