I have never had any problems with reactivating my ILM keys and I have
done it several times for a new disk drive, because I updated sound
drivers, once because of something else, I don't recall what but, I sent
up a request on a Sunday night recently and had a response on Monday
morning before I left for work. I have no complaints.

Note, I've changed the subject line in order
to match its content.

John and list,
At one time, Windows XP required you to
reactivate with Microsoft if the same thing
happened. This applied mostly to retail
version (not VLK version). As someone said,
get a USB dongle. That's the only way to go.
