Windows Media Player: Rewind and Fast Forward

Hello,
I have accessed the http://www.blindcooltech.com
Website to check out all the “cool” tutorials.
Can someone tell me how I can use JAWS to back up the lesson a bit, in the case
I missed something or I didn’t understand the first time I heard it.
And how to fast forward a bit
I see CTL Shift F to fast forward and CTL Shift B but they do not appear to be
working. There is this cute little audio skipping noise, but the tutorial does
not move from where it is talking.
