No this doesn't sound like a user controllable problem, more like a bug that
didn't get fixed. Talk with their support folks.

Subject: Verbosity problem

Whenever I reach the top or bottom of a list box, dialog box, word doc or
other printed item and do a up or down arrow Jaws 6.10.1006 says
unknown function call to colon followed by a bunch of letters that don't
make sense to me.
The above does not happen with Jaws 6.00.410
There must be something checked or unchecked that should be opposite of how
it is, does anyone have any suggested solutions?
My OS is Windows XP pro, 3 gig CPU, 512 MB memory
