You're welcome to it. It's simply a list of tax deductible expenses. Each
category,e.g. Doctors and Dentist has four sub columns: Recipient; amount;
date; mode of payment,i.e. check, Webpay, cash, etc
The trick is simply to be compulsive. I write each payment down within a
day or two

Maybe, Jeffrey might let us have a copy for a small fee or, free of charge.
I certainly would not mind paying a fee for it. Especially, if the
spreadsheet does the job well.
