Telnet client

Hi all,
 
I am trying to use Putty to access servers.  We must use SSH.  I cannot get
JAWS to follow the cursor.  strange thing is the first time it worked but
subsequent attempts don't.  
telnet client that works with SSH? 
 
Does anyone have suggestions on configuring Putty or on a different
