You would think that not hiding systray icons would also prevent not frequently used icons would also not be hidden. There is a double arrow in the syhstray that a mouse user can click on to expose the infrequent icons. Maybe Microsoft can tell us if there is a setting change other than what we have tried, that will expose all the icons all the time.
