yes, This is what we are discussing yesterday. That's why we are saying that
this problem is more to windows XP problem and nothing to do with jaws or
Freedom Scientific.

You would think that not hiding systray icons would also prevent not
frequently used icons would also not be hidden. There is a double arrow in
the syhstray that a mouse user can click on to expose the infrequent icons.
Maybe Microsoft can tell us if there is a setting change other than what we
have tried, that will expose all the icons all the time.
