Strange issue with JFW 9.0

Hi everybody.
I am using JFW 9.0
When I want to upload a file, and hit the browse button, JFW stops
talking. An alt f4 resolves the issue, but I am not able to use the
browse function in that JFW will not speak the browse screen, meaning
that I cannot select any files nor can I see what files I can choose
from.
Interestingly enough, when someone uses the mouse, JFW reads the screen
just fine. It's like something is wrong with the keyboard command
function.
Has anybody encountered this and what's the fix?
