I am not sure witch one I have. When I downloaded a program, this came with
it. I did not know that this came with it until I saw it on my computer. With
Soft Phone, I can call computer to computer or computer to land line. Can I do
the same with Skype?

one are you asking about specifically? There's an accessible solution that
works with Cisco call managers. Check out:

There's another, newer, solution that is accessible for a number of other PBX
