Hi Steve,
If you do a little experimenting with this, I think you will find that
Shift Control r works in JAWS 9 ONLY IF you are replying to a list member
who is already in your address book and it does not work if you are replying
to a list member who is not already in your address book; it will put the
person's name in the To: field, but then you will get a message telling you
that the person is not in your address book.

Yup, looks like the reply directly to sender scripts are broken.
The script used to copy sender's return address into the clipboard then
paste it into the return address but it definitely has been broken. Jaws
continues to be like the old game of "May I?" where you take 2 steps
forward and 3 backward. You're never out of the quicksand with FS. Pay me
$150 and I'll pull you out by your right hand---sorry about that; I meant
the left---Another $150 please and we'll try again to get it right.
What's wrong with this picture? As long as you keep shelling out that
$150, maybe I'll keep on letting you slip from my grasp.

The feature of insert shift r to reply directly to a sender doesn't seem
to
work in JAWS 9. It says "replying to sender" when I press it, but only
the
sender's name shows up and OE doesn't recognize it as an email address.
Has
this changed?
