bob,

I'm laughing regretfully, because I've experienced all of what you're
describing, too, including the Jaws voice. Here's one tip, though, even if
that Jaws macro or whatever it's called still won't pull the person's real
address out of the email you're replying to: When that message is open, just
before you press Insert Shift R, maximize the message by pressing alt
spacebar x, you know. Then give that command, and at least Jaws won't
complain that there's no open message. You know that when you simply open a
message (in OE, anyway) by pressing enter on it, it doesn't open so that it
fills the screen. It's not a little preview window, no, and you should have
that function turned off, anyway. But still it doesn't open full screen. And
that sometimes is a hassle for Jaws. So that's a good point to remember, to
simplify this. But it won't fix the address problem itself.

I can also reproduce this problem. Looks like Jaws is now just
copying the name of the person instead of their address.

And, sometimes Jaws says "No open message" when I actually have one opened
to reply to. When this happens, the Jaws voice is active and tabbing won't
move around the message fields.
