It sounds like MoneyTalks will serve your needs very well.

For my checking account I use a combination of 2 programs.  I use Excel and
MoneyTalks from APH.  You can use JAWS with MoneyTalks but it is also self
voicing.  MT will handle multiple accounts like checking, savings, loans,
credit cards and on and on.  It will with any SAPI5 voice you have
installed.  It costs $40 for the download version and $50 for the CD
version.  The difference is on the CD version you get the AT&T Natural
voices.  APH gives good support.  You can also write checks with it.
