Why go through all what?  I just corrected a couple of emails the way I 
described (I mean when editing was the way to go, rather than just 
conveniently accepting a listed correction), and I simply don't know what 
you're talking about. I'm really sorry.  Please, just let it go.

Right now my spell check doesn't work in outlook altogether.  Anyway I still
maintain that if you shift tab to close, hit enter and then proceed to
correct these errors on your own everything will work out.  Why go through
all that?  If you don't officially close the spell check all the corrections
that you made will disappear.  Judith
