Hello Angie.

I would suggest go to the view menu while you are focused on the calendar
and set your view to the day view. This will have all your appointments for
the current date that is in focus in a single vertical list from top to
bottom. So this will allow you to open your calendar when you first get to
work and you will be able to view all of the appointments that you have
scheduled for today's date by default. When you first focus on a date Jaws
for windows will tell you how many appointments there are. If there are no
appointments jaws will say no appointments. If you want to review the
appointments you can start pressing tab and you will move through the
appointments. The time of the appointment will be given and then the
description will be given. If you want to review the appointment in more
detail just press enter to open the appointment. If the appointment that
you are opening is a recurring appointment you will be asked if you want to
open the single occurrence of the appointment that you are focused on our if
you want to open all of the appointments in the series. There is two radio
buttons there for you to choose from.

I hope this helps.

Chris.

Subject: Outlook Calendar

Hello all,

I am trying to utilize my Outlook calendar for work appointment. I figured
out how to insert an appointment but, when I go back and go through the
days, all I hear is if I have an appointment for that day. How do I read
that appointment? Can I read the appointment subject, time and notes all at
once?

Thank you for your help,

Angie

PS, Is there a good web site for outlook and jaws?

Thanks again!
