Hello: I have a client that is using Outlook 2007 with JAWS 10. Used to be that when she was in the inbox, she could tab a few times and eventually hear JAWS say 'Inbox tree view'. This isn't happening anymore and she wants to know how to get this setting back. We tried maximizing the screen, re-setting the messages view, and playing with the navigation pane. Nothing seems to work. When she tabs from the list of messages in the inbox, she gets 'Wonder bar' then if she continues to tab she doesn't get anything. I've googled for a solution to this problem, searched Microsoft's Knowledge base, and just cannot find out what to turn on or off to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
