Hi,Being relatively new to Outlook 2007, I'm not sure that I remember how I set up my window layout, however, in my particular setup at work, the tab key moves me from my message list to the folder tree view.

Hi Barry: Ctrl-Y does work, however, she wants to be able to tab to the inbox tree view like she used too. If so then it is safe to say that her navagation paiin is ok, but check in the view menu bar and see what is on. Just my thoughts. Used to be that when she was in the inbox, she could tab a few times and eventually hear JAWS say 'Inbox tree view'. This isn't happening anymore and she wants to know how to get this setting back. We tried maximizing the screen, re-setting the messages view, and playing with the navigation pane. Nothing seems to work. When she tabs from the list of messages in the inbox, she gets 'Wonder bar' then if she continues to tab she doesn't get anything. I've googled for a solution to this problem, searched Microsoft's Knowledge base, and just cannot find out what to turn on or off to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
