Sorry peter. I forgot to insert the other settings.

Mark
Part 1:
1. Make sure the Folder List, Outlook Bar, and Preview Pane commands on the
View menu are NOT checked.

Part 2 calendar

1. Step one: make sure calendar is running.

Step 2: Press Alt-V to pull down the View menu.

Step 3: Press Enter to choose the Current View command. The

Current View sub-menu appears.

Step 4: Select the Define Views command by pressing the Up Arrow

key until JFW announces, "Define Views Dot Dot Dot." Then, press

Enter to choose the command.

When you press Enter, the Define Views for Calendar dialog box

appears.

This dialog box lists all of the views currently defined. You can

select a different view option or create a new custom view. You

will create a new custom view.

Step 5: Select the New button by pressing Tab until JFW

announces, "New Dot Dot Dot Button." Then, press Enter to

activate the button.

When you press Enter, the Create a New View dialog box appears.

The Create a New View dialog box is prompting you for the name

and type of view that you want to use for your custom view. The

selection cursor appears around the default name, New View, in

the Name of New View edit field.

Step 6: Press Insert-Tab to verify the selection cursor Name of

New View edit field. Then, type All Appointments in the Name of

New View edit field.

Step 7: Press Tab to move to the Type of View list view.

Step 8: Select the Table option by pressing the Down Arrow key

until JFW announces, "Table 5 of 5."

Note: When you choose the Table option, your calendar activities will be
listed just like your messages in the

Inbox.

Step 9: Press Tab to move to the Can Be Used On radio buttons.

Step 10: Select the Can be Used On All Appointment Folders radio

button by pressing the Down Arrow key until JFW announces, "Can

be used on All Appointment Folders Radio Button Checked 3 of 3."

Step 11: Press Tab to select the OK button. Then, press Enter to

activate the button.

When you press Enter, the View Summary dialog box appears.

Step 12: Select the OK button by pressing Tab until JFW

announces, "OK Button." Then, press Enter to activate the button.

When you press Enter, the View Summary dialog box closes. The

focus returns to the Define Views for Calendar dialog box.

Step 13: Select the Apply Views button by pressing Tab until JFW

announces, "Apply View Button." Then, press Enter to activate the

button.

When you press Enter, the Define Views for Calendar dialog box

closes. The focus returns to the Calendar workspace. The Calendar

displays appointment information using your custom view.

The Calendar's workspace now consists of a title bar and a header

pane. This configuration is similar to the Inbox.

I am using Jaws 5.0. Outlook XP ,not express.
Problem is jaws seems to lose focus. The current outlook window is not
identified by jaws.
Cannot find option that fills in recipients address after one or more
letters are typed in.
Calender does not read beyond the present day.
Any advice on configuring Outlook would be appreciated.
