Hi peter. listed below are steps to configure outlook, especially for calendar. the first step is for all folders. Part 2 is for calendar as far as oauto complete of addresses, do the following:\ 1. while in your inbox, do a alt+t for tools 2. Hit o for options 3. hit enter on "email options" It should be the first option spoken. 4. tab to "advance email options and hit enter. 5. tab, about 11 times to "suggest name..." and make sure it is checked. 7. tab till you get to ok and keep on tabbing to another oks till you get out of options.
