Actually, you can have jaws not say mouse over and still keep it on. So, if you 
don't want to turn off mouse over you can go into your sounds manager and put a 
blank instead of a sound for mouse over. This jaws won't say mouse over, but 
the feature will still be turned on. Hope this helps.
