Shan, FS not reporting similar failures in the program is not a really
conclusive answer, its like asking a mother to be objective about the beauty
of her child.  What I don't understand is why they don't compile all the
complaints and try (if they have to) to duplicate the situations of their
customers and come up with a solution to the problems.  This is only good
marketting, the auto industry and other companies go through it all the
