Insert + F4 is supposed to be used for normal JAWS shutdown. Insert + Win +
F4 is supposed to be used in the event of a crash or other JAWS glitch that
results in loss of speech. The latter creates a dump file that you can send to
FS for their tech support team to analyze. In reality, almost nobody bothers
to send them the dump file, because the general perception is that they won't
bother to fix the problem that caused the crash in the first place. Besides,
most users don't know how to find the dump file anyway.

What is the difference between merely shutting down Jaws and using the
incert, windows, f4 key stroke, to, I suppose, clear Jaws from memory
completely. Is there an advantage to pressing windows incert f4. When is it
best to use this key stroke.
