Ok, you'll need to call your ISP and ask them for the name of your news
server (if they provide one). If they do, you can then use outlook
express to use it.

If they don't, you can use google groups to access news groups, although
I'm not sure if they make you sign up for a free account before you can
post a message (although not for reading; you can do that without any
bother).

Your ISP should be able to talk you through the steps of signing up
outlook express to their news server.

Sorry if this seems like a lot of trouble, but getting a WIFI card
working can be a lot of trouble. Either you're the kind of person who
likes to learn new things, or at least who is willing to do so in order
to get things going, or, you're only other choice is to hire a
professional to come to your house to get things working.
