Jaws and laptops and wireless cards

Hey listers how is it going do you any of you guys know why I can not
get my wireless network card to work I got to say can not find access
point at one point and I have no idea what my friend did to it but now
it does not say that any more can you guys give me suggestions I am
using jfw  6.0  with windows 2000  please give me some suggestions you
can  either write me here or  on msn  messenger is jessebond_007 I have
tried  removing the driver and re loading it but it will not reload
after I remove it and this on windows 2000
