Hey Dave, I apologize for not putting in the version of Outlook that I was using in my previous messages. I am using Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP pro machine. I am running the most recent version of Jaws. I was trying to access Dr. Gabe Mirkin's health E-zyne. Hope that was more clear than before. Since posting these messages I have resolved my problem. My screen had to be maximized. Everything is behaving the way that it should. I'm able to read the from, sent and subject fields now when reading an e-mail message. I will try to improve my messages. Sorry if I didn't be as specific as I could have been. At least the problem is resolved now and we can move on. Hi listers, I'm using Jaws 10 with Windows Xp. I wrote a message yesterday stating that I was having problems reading the different fields that you would find in an e-mail message. I still haven't resolved the problem but I noticed that I ran into another problem. I'm trying to access a link that is in an e-zine message. I tried routing my Jaws cursor to the pc cursor and press the left mouse button twice quickly. When I do this I don't see the url that I wish to select, in fact I see things that have nothing to do with what I would like to select. Furthermore, I still haven't figured out why I only see so much information on a single line. If I try to use my up and down arrow keys to read the line, I only see one or two words. I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this because I'm quite confused by all of this. I would like to know if I press something accidently to have all this not work properly. I didn't mention that my e-mail format is plain text. Could someone please tell me what I might have done wrong here. I am up for any suggestions at this point. Carmen Santiago
