Hi listers,
I'm using Jaws 10 with Windows Xp. I wrote a message yesterday
stating that I was having problems reading the different fields that you would
find in an e-mail message. I still haven't resolved the problem but I noticed
that I ran into another problem. I'm trying to access a link that is in an
e-zine message. I tried routing my Jaws cursor to the pc cursor and press the
left mouse button twice quickly. When I do this I don't see the url that I
wish to select, in fact I see things that have nothing to do with what I would
like to select. Furthermore, I still haven't figured out why I only see so
much information on a single line. If I try to use my up and down arrow keys
to read the line, I only see one or two words. I would like to know if anyone
else has experienced this because I'm quite confused by all of this. I would
like to know if I press something accidently to have all this not work
properly. I didn't mention that my e-mail format is plain text. Could someone
please tell me what I might have done wrong here. I am up for any suggestions
at this point.
