Jaws and Outlook

Hi listers,
I'm using the latest version of Jaws, along with Windows Xp pro
and Outlook 2003 on my computer. While in an e-mail message, I'm not able
to read the from and subject fields. What could be causing this to happen?
Did I turn a feature off. Could you tell me how to do this. Any
suggestions would be most appreciative. One more question regarding e-mail.
As I'm typing, I would like to review the last line that I've written. It
looks like everything is either in a list or something similar to that.
Yesterday I sent some attachment e-mails to a very dear friend. Why is this
happening. Everything just looks like I wrote it in a list instead of an
actual sentence. I hope that I didn't change anything. Please help me
soon. Thank you.
