JAWS Update!

Ever since I've installed the newest JAWS update to 8.0, I've had problems with it locking up in Outlook Express.
I was going to do a repair, but it seems they've changed that capability so I re-installed it.
It still wants to lock up on some of the messages. If I hit the escape key, the email program does nothing but sit there and JAWS says Escape. What's happening here? Is this one of the bugs?
