Maybe I can help a little. In this case, it would be better to be more specific instead of saying that jaws "cuts out." You probably mean that it stops speaking, which may give you the impression that the program has crashed. Maybe not. But it's one thing to say that speech went dead, and another to say the program crashed, and so forth. Someone trying to help you diagnose the situation needs to know what actually is happening, not simply that Jaws has stopped speaking.
