what version of jaws is she using?

When Jaws stops speaking, it freezes. My friend has tried to get the speech back with her Jaws shortcut key. But nothing happens. The only thing that works is a restart of the computer. I hope this info helps.

But does JAWS keep running? Can you unload and reload JAWS? I'm trying to place the error with JAWS or with the synthesizer.

When you say JAWS cuts out, do you mean that JAWS just stops speaking,
that JAWS stops speaking and the program crashes, that the whole computer
crashes, what exactly?
