Bill, I have a similar problem with JAWS 5.0. When I am composing a reply in Microsoft Outlook JAWS will, upon occasion, just not read a blamed thing past a certain point in the newly composed message. The solution is to cancel JAWS and restart it. 99.99% of the time this solves the problem. She would just get finished with a message she wrote and would read it back to see if her wording was OK and this is where the prolem would be. It reads others' messages just fine, just not her own. I have seen it jump back to the top of the page once so far, for no apparent reason. I've made all the necessary adjustments on her computer for JAWS to run according to FS specs, so it SHOULD be good to go. I fail to understand why only her own messages would skip or send the cursor back to the start on its own. Hmmmm.
