Chris,
The problem with skipping in JAWS 6 on OE is in an e-mail. She would just
get finished with a message she wrote and would read it back to see if her
wording was OK and this is where the prolem would be. It reads others'
messages just fine, just not her own. I have seen it jump back to the top of
the page once so far, for no apparent reason.
I've made all the necessary adjustments on her computer for JAWS to run
according to FS specs, so it SHOULD be good to go.
I fail to understand why only her own messages would skip or send the cursor
back to the start on its own. Hmmmm.
