Hello:
Press insert+6 to load the configuration manager.  Go to the Format options and 
check "speak text formatting".  Then tab forward and check the various boxes 
for the formatting you want spoken.

  How can I set JAWS to read attributes like underline, bold ad italics in MS
  Word documents? Do I have to do insert F to read it or are there settings to
  have it read.
