No.  But when I pressed the application key for more information, it
disappeared.
 
So next time, I should try reading it first with the Jaws cursor.

Don't know. Have you used the JAWS cursor to try and see what application is
trying to install? It may be Adobe Flash, for example.

I have recently been receiving the following message in my System Tray on
the Desktop:
IDS_TITLE_READY_TO_INSTALL.
 
I hesitated but did click the button to install, yesterday for instance.
 
But today it appeared again.
 
Please, can someone explain to me what this is all about.  I have no idea at
all.
 
I am running JAWS11, MS Security Essentials on an XP Home computer.
