Given the fact that Apple has sold up to 5000000 iPods to date, I'm willing
to guess that the answer is a great big yes.
Now, as for folks *without* sight, that's a completely different matter all
together.
I believe you can use a piece of software called Anapod explorer which by
all accounts is pretty JAWS and screenreader friendly. It basically gives
you the ability to drag and drop files from Windows explorer onto your
iPod, just like other mp3 players do. I don't think you can do that
without the software insstalled. I could be wrong though.
do a google on Anapod explorer and you should be able to locate the site.
